  • Minty pea soup with almond milk, pink shrimp, mango cubes, sprouts and baby greens (suitable for Vegan and Vegetarian).

  • Back of wild Mediterranean fish braised with shallots, organic spelt risotto, young greens and candied lemon.
  • Sole fillet roll with Cardinal sauce, garnished with colorful seasonal zucchini.
  • Compote of leg of lamb from seven hours, tricolored bell pepper piperade, garlic in shirt, juice perfumed with wild thyme.
  • Ballottine of poultry flavored with white summer truffle, old carrots, small chanterelles, supreme sauce.
  • Small roast veal simmered with mushrooms, risotto al salto au vert, crisp vegetable shavings.
  • Traditional fillet of Montbéliard beef in a crust as in the past, with a Marchand de Vin sauce, natural gratin dauphinois, trumpets of death or ceps. Served medium rare for all tables.

We favor tradition, the "pièces montées" or croc-en-bouche made by our pastry chef (3 choux / person).

Cheeses and desserts will be shared with the parents.

The tastings

The tasting of the meal will take place at your home or at an address agreed upon by each party in the months preceding the reception. The price of the tasting is 30.00 € per person (excluding drinks and travel expenses).

The tasting meals of the bride and groom will be offered and deducted from the total amount of the invoice in the case of a firm and definitive reservation.
