Our proposal of Cocktail Parts
Cocktail pieces from 1,20 € :
- Minty green zucchini cream, low-fat cottage cheese and candied lemon, gressini.
- Focaccia flavored with rosemary from the hills, black olives and cherry tomatoes.
- Traditional cakes with olives and peasant bacon, aromatic of the hills.
- Crunchy vegetables from the market garden and poischichade, coriander and chioggia beet.
- On a toast of country bread rubbed with garlic, local goat cheese, red bell pepper and marjoram.
- Mini savory pastry, madeleine zucchini basil emmental.
- Real quiche lorraine and peasant bacon in one bite, with a touch of nutmeg.
- Small wrap like a Bagnat bread, white albacore tuna, lettuce, tomato, homemade mayonnaise.
- White fish ceviche with green apple, coriander, ginger and citrus fruits.
- Mini vegetarian briochain, canuts brains, cucumber and pink radish.

- Small tart with tomato, mustard, white ham and Gruyere cheese, black olives and Provence herbs.
- Small shuttle of sausage of Taureau AOC of Camargue, butter raised with condiments.
- Mini cereal pretzel with white ham, comté cheese and mustard like in Alsace.
- Creamy salted éclair of green mozzarella, basil and ripe tomatoes.
- Mini pizza in a turnover like a calzone and black olives.
- Mini brioche gourmand, snails petit gris de Provence in persillade.

- Homemade duck confit samossas with pepper berries, an Asian-inspired sauce.
- Glazed garden tomato soup with Buffala di Campana mozzarella, pine nuts and peasant basil.
- Smoked salmon roll, goat cheese and mild curry, red onion petals with Yuzu juice, poppy seeds.
- Crostini of long simmered ratatouille, just seared red mullet fillet, garlic confit.
- Fresh seasoned crab and herbs, avocado, mango and baby greens.
- On a palet of saffron apple, brandade of cod and crunchy fennel, small flowers.
- Small egg pancake sushi with chives and red tuna, crunchy vegetable julienne and soy-marinated sprouts.
- Mini Pita bread, shredded lamb with cumin, oriental flavors and coriander.
- Sweet and sour macaroon with figs, local goat cheese and wild thyme flower.
Cocktail pieces from 2,60 €:
- Opera of duck foie gras and red fruits.
- Toast of duck foie gras terrine, raw and cooked peach, fleur de sel.
- Raw fish tartar, Polynesian-style red tuna, coconut milk, spring onions and lime.
- Mini caroline éclair with salmon, shallots and fine herbs.
- Salted macaroon with white truffle and Piedmont hazelnuts.
- Shrimp fritters, a sauce like in Asia.
- Mini burger or mini poultry hotdog.
- Traditional country surprise bread, liver pâté, rosette, mortadella with pistachios... Minimum 40 persons
- Mini tandoori marinated chicken burger with pineapple, red onions and romaine.
- Marinade of small chanterelles, mountain mushrooms and dried apricots.
Here is a list of cocktails that we can make, it is possible to adapt all our recipes to a vegan or vegetarian diet.
Meat recipes can be in accordance with the Muslim rite.

- Prawns a la plancha marinated in sweet spices, pineapple marmalade with madras curry.
- Freshly seared poultry skewers with barbecue sauce and homemade ketchup (beef available)
- Small fricassee of squid in parsley sauce a la plancha.
- Organic chicken eggs scrambled with truffles or green asparagus or wild asparagus depending on the season, with country bread.
- Scallops just seized a la plancha, Banyuls vinegar and green apple.
- Bar discovery of the olives of the country, broken in the pepper of Baux de Provence, Lucques, Cailletier, Tanche and marinated in lemon.
- Selected cured meats from Corsica by Pascal Flori, chutney and home-made condiments.
- Homemade terrine cooked with Provence beggars and juniper, to share, pickles of vegetable garden.
- Tasting bar of fine oysters of clear special n°3 and French caviar on blinis. It is possible to discover a selection of oysters of our soils for a tasting.
- Whole raw ham from Corsica with leg, matured for 24 months and smoked with chestnut wood, cut in front of you. For a minimum of 100 people.
- Organic smoked salmon by the slice (minimum 40 people) or gravlax marinated in vodka, pink berries, sour cream and dill.
- Arborio risotto cooked with shellfish, cockles and bouchot mussels, aged parmesan, served in mother-of-pearl.
- Homemade game or country pâté with pistachios and condiments.

Mini Paris-Brest, mini rum baba, small cherry clafoutis, mini coconut rocher, mini Sicilian lemon tartlet, mini banoffee tartlet, mini Kouig Amann, mini Bordeaux cannelés... and many other sweet gourmet surprises.

The prices of the packages offered on this site always exclude drinks, equipment hire and service.
