Our brunch proposal

The bakery

  • Mini viennoiseries, croissants and pains au chocolat, mini strawberry jalousies, assorted artisanal breads, brioches, artisanal jams and Echiré butter.
  • Pissaladière with rosemary perfume from the hills and Lorraine quiche with peasant bacon.

The drinks

  • Coffee, orange juice, still and sparkling mineral water, tea and milk.

The Salad Bar

  • Caesar salad, romaine, poultry, parmesan, tomatoes, capers, croutons and hard-boiled eggs with anchovy Caesar sauce.
  • Marinated red, yellow and green peppers, grilled zucchini and eggplant, spring onions and red onions as antipasti.
  • Surprise melon and watermelon platter, red fruit gazpacho and small brochettes.
  • Penne rigate salad with salmon, cocktail sauce and herbs.
  • Tabbouleh of wheat semolina with oriental flavors, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes and raisins, a touch of mint.

Fresh salad buffets

  • Composition tray around the country melon and the small watermelon.
  • Octopus salad with seasonal vegetables, artichokes barigoule, lovage and sherry vinegar.
  • Green bean salad with walnut oil, shallots and flat parsley as my grandfather used to do.
  • The small stuffed Niçois served cold, stuffed with vegetables, fresh goat cheese, mascarpone and kumquat.
  • Romaine salad with chicken breast, parmesan, egg, tomato confit, capers and Caesar sauce.
  • Seeds and sprouts in a fine tabbouleh with lemon and peppermint.
  • Baron roc chickpeas in saladine, date, orange, white onion and coriander.
